The LeadershipAppointment is a space where you will have the chance to get:
JD detailed understanding: being an EB/TL and the detailed operation in the team/function
Pains and gains from the position: pains/gains the EB/TL have experienced in the team/function

Why Leadership Vaccine?
A vaccine is a biological preparation that provides active acquired immunity to a particular infectious disease.
Look back to the very core of AIESEC, the one thing that AIESEC can and aims to provide our youth, more significantly than other organizations, is Leadership. Leadership can equip one with suitable mindset and skillset to overcome hardships in their life.
When stepping out to the outside world, there will be a vast range of difficulties one has to face. Therefore, with the “Leadership vaccine” within them, it will help them to be well-prepared for the upcoming journey, enhance their “resistance”, thus bounce back and overcome every obstacle in their way.
In order to develop that “Leadership vaccine”, one must have an appointment with the Leadership body (including the Executive Board and the Team Leaders) to realize their current problems, get themselves “diagnosed”, “prescribed”, and fully aware of which “Leadership vaccine” to take.
How to book my Appointment?
Book your appointment by following these simple steps!
Step 1: Read through all the profiles
Spend your time reading all the profiles and choose the one that you are interested. Don't hesitate! They are welcoming you <3 If there're any concerns, contact your leader to ask.
Step 2: Click on the EB/TL's name for booking link
Click on the name of the EB/TL you're interested in for booking link. Some booking links will be his/her facebook. Some will have their calendar attatched in the introduction. You can date many EB/TLs, there is no restriction!
Step 3: Click on the slot you want
Just choose the slot you want. The EB/TL's calendar is publicized. If you can't find any suitable slot, don't hesitate to inbox them via Messenger to deal the time. Remember to invite the EB/TL's calendar to the dating nhaa <3
Step 4: Inbox the EB/TL you choose to notice them
Send them a message via Messenger to confirm your booking, time and venue.
Step 5: Be on time for the dating
Be on time and don't forget to prepare questions in advance to save time and be more purposeful nhe <3
